About the Company:

Join a leading aerospace manufacturer as a Permanent Grind Operative ! We are looking for  skilled and motivated individuals who will contribute to high-quality aerospace production

Role Overview:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and hardworking Grind Operative to join our busy production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for hand grinding metal components to meet production and quality specifications, ensuring all parts are free from defects and ready for the next stage of the manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform hand grinding to ensure components meet usability standards.

• Remove forging faults and surface defects in line with company and industry specifications.

• Work to daily output targets while maintaining high-quality standards.

• Conduct quality checks to ensure parts meet relevant specifications.

Candidate Requirements:

• A certain level of physical fitness is essential due to the hands-on nature of the role.

• Basic literacy and numeracy skills are required.

• Previous experience in a similar environment is desirable but not essential – full training will be provided.

• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to follow safety and quality procedures.
