💰 Salary: £14.35 – £16.35 per hour (DOE)
🕒 Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30 – 16:30 + optional overtime
📅 Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Overview

A hands-on opportunity is available for a Fabricator/Welder/Fitter to join a busy team specialising in bespoke container conversions. You’ll work on a wide variety of custom projects from start to finish, with support and training provided. No two days are the same, and the role goes beyond typical bench or jig work.

Key Duties

• Interpret and work from detailed engineering drawings

• Carry out fabrication, welding, and fitting tasks

• Contribute to custom-built container modifications

• Perform general DIY-style fitting work

• Work within a small, experienced team

• Participate in on-the-job training

• Maintain high standards of safety and quality

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in fabrication, welding, or fitting

• Ability to read technical drawings

• Practical mindset and hands-on skills

• General DIY or fitting experience (preferred)

• Strong teamwork and communication

• Self-motivation and willingness to learn
