Your Role

As Team Leader, you'll be the go-to person on-site, overseeing the smooth delivery of landscaping and fencing projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a team to deliver projects on time, on budget, and to spec

• Oversee the installation of hard and soft landscaping, as well as fencing, across a variety of commercial sites

• Work closely with clients and the Contracts Manager to manage timelines, materials, and resources

• Ensure all work meets company standards and complies with health & safety regulations

• Train and mentor team members to develop their skills and confidence

• Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to keep things running smoothly

• Be a visible, approachable leader on-site who can solve problems and build strong client relationships

What You’ll Need

• Solid experience in commercial landscaping and fencing

• Proven leadership skills and experience managing a team on-site

• Confidence reading and working from site drawings and specifications

• A working knowledge of tools, materials, and installation techniques

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• Commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient working environment

• Full UK driving licence (essential)

• Relevant qualifications/certifications (CSCS, SSSTS, etc.) are a bonus
