Location: Alcester

Shift: Monday to Thursday: 06:00 – 15:00 / Friday: 06:00 – 11:0

Pay Rate: £14.04 per hour

We are currently seeking a skilled Production Welder to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual with a keen eye for detail and a

passion for high-quality fabrication work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret and work from fabrication drawings.

• Weld mild steel components ranging from 1mm to 15mm in thickness.

• Set up and adjust welding machines to meet specific task requirements.

• Inspect profiles and identify any inconsistencies or issues.

• Grind and finish welded products to a high standard.

• Maintain a strong focus on quality and accuracy in all tasks.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in welding and metal fabrication.

• Ability to pass a practical weld test.

• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality work.

• Strong teamwork skills and a proactive attitude.
