Robot Programmer – Fanuc Welding Robotics

📍 Location: West Bromwich
💰 Salary: £14 - £15 per hour
⏳ Hours: 39 per week, Monday-Friday, 8 AM start

The Role

We’re looking for a Robot Programmer with welding expertise to program, optimize, and troubleshoot Fanuc robotic welding systems, ensuring efficient production and high-quality output.

Key Responsibilities

✔️ Program & optimize Fanuc robotic welders
✔️ Troubleshoot & resolve robotic welding issues
✔️ Oversee robotic & manual welding (MIG, spot, seam, stitch)
✔️ Ensure production targets & quality standards are met
✔️ Arrange servicing & repairs with maintenance teams
✔️ Implement process improvements to enhance automation
✔️ Provide technical support to welding operators
✔️ Follow Health & Safety regulations

What We’re Looking For

🔹 Fanuc robot programming & troubleshooting experience
🔹 Strong welding skills (MIG, spot, seam, stitch)
🔹 Ability to diagnose mechanical & automation issues
🔹 Manufacturing or production experience
🔹 Proactive problem-solving approach
