Litigation Fee Earner – Exciting Career Opportunity

Our client is seeking an experienced and motivated Litigation/Dispute Resolution Fee Earner to join their busy and growing Litigation Department. This permanent, full-time role will primarily be based at their Coventry office, with occasional travel to their other locations.

This opportunity involves handling a broad range of Civil Litigation work for both private and business clients, excluding Personal Injury, Clinical Negligence, and Employment matters, which are dealt with by separate departments. Given the location and nature of the role, a full driving license and own transport are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a diverse caseload from start to finish, ensuring efficient progression and resolution.

• Work with a variety of clients, leveraging existing relationships, direct enquiries, and referrals.

• Meet and exceed fee-earning targets while developing new business opportunities.

• Support the wider Dispute Resolution team in providing excellent client service.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2-4 years+ qualified with significant experience in Civil Litigation/Dispute Resolution.

• A proactive and results-driven individual capable of taking ownership of their caseload.

• A strong track record in business development and client relationship management.

• Full driving license and own transport due to the nature of the role and office locations.
