Job Title:            CNC Turner Programmer/Setter/Operator

Location:            Ely                        

Hours:                MON – FRI 7.00am – 5:30pm

                         Flexi start/finish times available

Pay Rate:            £28,000 – £33,000

We are currently recruiting for a CNC Turner Programmer for our client in Ely. They specialise in work from rapid prototyping to regular repeat batch work. Their services cater to the diverse needs of industries which include Medical & Scientific, Motorsport, Electronics, Fabrications / Enclosures, Communications / Radar, Components for Industrial Machinery, and Rail.

What’s the job?

• Experienced CNC Turner Programmer
• Must be able to use Fanuc controls to program at the machine
• Able to work as a team player and using own initiative
• Fast paced environment
• Predominantly using Doosan Puma 280m machinery with Live tooling
• Excellent awareness of health and safety aspects at work
• Quality focused working to a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Able to read and interpret drawings
• Proficient working to tight deadlines

Who can do this?

• Experience with a range of materials is preferable
• Experience in sub-con environment is advantageous
• CNC Lathe programming experience is a must
• Good communication skills.
