Job Title: Sales Negotiator

About the Role

As a Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for generating leads, negotiating sales, and building strong client relationships. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth transactions and achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and follow up on sales leads to generate new business.
• Negotiate terms and close deals, ensuring a positive outcome for all parties.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Conduct viewings, meetings, or consultations as required.
• Provide expert advice on products, services, or market conditions.
• Stay informed on industry trends, pricing, and competitor activity.
• Maintain accurate records and update CRM systems.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in sales, negotiation, or a similar client-facing role.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Confident and professional approach to sales.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• IT literate, with experience using CRM systems (or willingness to learn).
• A full UK driving licence may be required, depending on the industry.
