Job Title: Welder Fabricator

Job Overview:

• Location: Evesham
• Type: Full-time, Permanent
• Salary: £16.00 per hour, with potential for overtime at 1.5x

Responsibilities:

• Primary duties involve running a brake press, welding (MIG & TIG), and ensuring the quality of the parts produced.
• Interpret technical drawings, manage timesheets, and ensure safety standards are adhered to.
• Opportunity to learn additional skills, such as operating CNCs and Laser machines.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Must have experience welding different types of materials, including mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminium.
• Must have experience welding thicknesses ranging from 1mm to 20mm.
• Experience in a fabrication shop environment.
• Skilled in welding and using a brake press.
• Good communication and team working skills.
• A positive, flexible attitude and willingness to learn.
