End of Tenancy Cleaner

Job Title: End of Tenancy Cleaner

Location: B15 Birmingham

Hours: 27 hours per week, flexible hours

A skilled and hard-working Cleaner is needed to join the team at this leading real-estate agency based in Edgbaston on a full-time basis. 

They are a privately run property company with a portfolio comprising mainly studio, one bedroom and two apartments within Birmingham City Centre, the regions of Birmingham, Wolverhampton, Swadlincote and Burton.

The properties that they service include private tenanted apartments, houses and blocks to include the communal areas and grounds. (DBS checks required).

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general Cleaning and Maintenance to a high standard
• Undertake the cleanliness of properties owned by the Company
• Be able to represent the Company professionally at all times

Required Skills:

• Good communication skills – both verbal and written communication
• Must be able to work to deadlines
• DBS check is required
• Clean UK driving License
