Job Title: CNC Miller Team Leader

Job Type: Days based, Perm

Hours: Mon – Thurs 7am-4pm Fri 7am-1pm

Location: Cheltenham

Pay: £34,000 - £36,000

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a CNC Team Leader. The candidate will be responsible for driving their team to hit KPI’s, housekeeping and planning machine maintenance, machine setting, proving out and operation of 3,4 & 5 axis Mills.

Qualifications
⦁ Machine setting and operation
⦁ Fanuc, Haas or Heidenhain experience
⦁ Milling up to 5 axis
⦁ Turning experience beneficial
⦁ Experience in working with CNC machinery
⦁ Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
⦁ Attention to detail and precision in work
⦁ Perfected engineering basics
⦁ Clearly target driven
⦁ Strong problem-solving skills
⦁ Knowledge of aerospace industry standards and requirements.
