Job Title: Cold Heading Setter/Operator

Hours: Shift would be 6 to 2 ( Mon day to Friday ) and 2 to 11.30 ( Monday to Thursday, Friday off). 

Pay: £28000 to £30000

Location: Droitwich

Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Cold Heading Setter/Operator to join our manufacturing team. Reporting to the Manufacturing Supervisor, you will be responsible for setting up and operating cold heading machines, ensuring quality control, and maintaining high production standards.

Key Duties:

• Set up and arrange tools and materials for cold heading machines
• Prepare and submit first-off samples for quality control approval
• Maintain and properly use tools, gauges, and machines
• Monitor and report any defects in tools, materials, or machinery
• Keep accurate records of production, quality, and material usage

Requirements:

• GCSE Grade 4/D or equivalent in Mathematics and English
• Experience setting and operating roll-forming machines
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
