Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer
Location: Coventry
Salary: £53,000 per annum
Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off - Rotating Days / Nights

About the Role:
We are looking for a time-served Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a food manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a wide range of industrial machinery, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
⦁ Carry out reactive and planned maintenance on production equipment.
⦁ Work on palletising systems, robotics, conveyors, packaging lines, and other food industry machinery.
⦁ Diagnose faults and repair electrical and mechanical systems.
⦁ Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reliability and efficiency.
⦁ Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations.

What We're Looking For:
⦁ Time-served apprenticeship in engineering (essential).
⦁ 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (desirable but not essential).
⦁ Experience working in a food manufacturing or FMCG environment.
⦁ Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding skills.
⦁ Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a high-pressure environment.
