Press Operator – Aerospace Industry

📍 Location: Redditch
💰 Salary: £13.50 per hour
🕑 Shift: Double Days (6:00 AM – 2:06 PM / 2:00 PM – 10:45 PM) – Rotating every 2 weeks

Join a leading aerospace manufacturer as a Permanent Press Operator! We are looking for two skilled and motivated individuals to operate heavy-duty forge presses and contribute to high-quality aerospace production.

What You'll Be Doing:

✔ Operating forge presses up to 15,000 tonnes
✔ Handling heavy parts in a demanding environment
✔ Working in high temperatures (up to 1300°C)
✔ Maintaining quality and safety standards

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Previous experience operating press machinery
✅ Comfortable working in a hot and physically demanding environment
✅ A hands-on, practical approach and willingness to get stuck in
✅ Strong work ethic and attention to detail
