Salary: £13.50 per hour
Shift: Double Days (2-week rotation)

• Week 1: 6:00 AM - 2:06 PM
• Week 2: 2:00 PM - 10:45 PM

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Assist in aerospace component production and pressing operations
✅ Support loading/unloading of furnaces
✅ Provide assistance in manufacturing operations at the press
✅ Follow Forge processes and procedures
✅ Carry out additional tasks as needed to support the team

What We’re Looking For:

✔ Strong teamwork and communication skills
✔ Proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
✔ Ability to work in a quality-driven environment
✔ Previous experience in a manufacturing setting (aerospace experience is a plus!)
