Warehouse Order Picker

Workforce are currently recruiting for a busy logistic company based in Worcester.

Warehouse Operative

Pay:  £11.44ph 

Hours:  Shift Start Times 7am; 8am; 9am; 11am or 1pm (8h-10h shift)

Days: Monday-Friday and Sunday

Duties:
- Load and unload trucks with incoming and outgoing shipments
- Stock inventory in designated areas
- Utilize a Warehouse Management System (WMS) to track inventory and locate items
- Prepare orders for shipment by picking and packing items
- Operate equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
- Perform general warehouse maintenance tasks, including cleaning and organizing work areas
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or similar role is preferred
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and procedures
- Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks
- Effective communication skills to work collaboratively with team members
