Key Responsibilities:

✅ Polishing metal components to a high finish (Essential)
✅ Dressing and finishing products to a high-quality specification
✅ Working with a variety of materials to achieve flawless results
✅ Using hand tools and air tools to achieve the desired finish

What We're Looking For:

🔹 Experience in metal polishing is ideal, but not essential – full training will be given
🔹 Comfortable using hand tools and air tools as part of the polishing process
🔹 Strong attention to detail and ability to work to exacting standards
🔹 A willingness to learn and develop new skills
🔹 Ability to work independently and as part of a skilled team
🔹 Experience within the automotive, aerospace, or precision engineering sectors is advantageous
