Key Responsibilities:

• Represent Landlords and Tenants in all lease-related transactions
• Lead sale and acquisition of commercial properties from start to finish
• Draft property-related documents and provide legal advice
• Collaborate with the team on asset/share sales and acquisitions
• Guide clients through Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 matters
• Oversee re-mortgaging of commercial properties
• Advise small-scale developers on land acquisition and new-build sales

What We’re Looking For:

🔑 Essential Experience:

• At least 8 years PQE in property law, handling complex transactions with confidence
• Proven ability to work autonomously and manage high-value cases
• Excellent communication skills, ensuring clients are always informed and confident in your guidance

✨ Desirable:

• Experience in both residential and commercial property is a plus
• Mergers and acquisitions experience would be an asset, but not a requirement
