Your Role:

As a Grounds Maintenance Operative, you’ll play a key role in keeping outdoor spaces well-maintained and visually appealing. This is a hands-on role that involves working with professional landscaping equipment and collaborating with a supportive team.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Carry out routine grounds maintenance tasks, including grass cutting, hedge trimming, weeding, and general landscaping.
✅ Operate a range of equipment, including lawnmowers, strimmers, and hedge trimmers, ensuring proper use and maintenance.
✅ Work efficiently with team members to complete tasks on schedule and to a high standard.
✅ Identify and report any site issues or potential improvements to supervisors.
✅ Adhere to all health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

What We’re Looking For:

✔️ Previous experience in grounds maintenance or landscaping.
✔️ Ability to operate and maintain grounds maintenance machinery safely and efficiently.
✔️ Understanding of health and safety procedures in an outdoor work environment.
✔️ Strong teamwork and communication skills.
✔️ Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
✔️ Physical fitness and willingness to work in various weather conditions.

Desirable Skills & Qualifications:

➕ Relevant certifications in grounds maintenance or landscaping.
