Job Title: Sales Progressor
Location: Northfield, Birmingham
Salary: Up to £25,000 basic per annum + commission pay
Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:30

As a Sales Progressor, the role involves being a key player in ensuring smooth and efficient residential sales, from the initial offer to completion. Exceptional communication skills will be utilised to coordinate between solicitors, estate agents, and home buyers/sellers, maintaining momentum throughout the sales journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- • Manage a caseload of residential sales, ensuring each progresses smoothly to completion.
- • Maintain regular communication with all parties involved, providing frequent updates and reports.
- • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, estate agents, and other stakeholders.
- • Work as part of a proactive and fast-paced team, contributing to team goals and successes.
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive progress reports.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Positive attitude and a strong commitment to delivering high standards of service.
- Exceptional organisation and attention to detail, with a focus on maintaining high standards.
- A background in conveyancing or property is desirable, but not essential. Experience in delivering outstanding customer service is required.
- Familiarity with the home moving process is a plus.
