Job Title: Sales Negotiator
Salary: Up to £25,000
Location: Selly Oak
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm - 1 Saturday in 4 - 9:00 am - 4:00 pm

Work-Life Balance

The role requires working 1 in 4 Saturdays, but rest assured, a weekday off in lieu will be provided. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm, and Saturdays, 9:00 am - 4:00 pm if scheduled. Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
• Conduct negotiations with prospective clients, demonstrating a deep understanding of our products/services, and effectively addressing client objections or concerns.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and identify new opportunities for business growth.
• Prepare and present persuasive sales proposals, presentations, and contracts to clients, highlighting the unique value our company offers.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to stay ahead of the game and provide valuable insights.
