As an Accounts Assistant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health of the firm. Your responsibilities will include.

  • Processing sales orders, credit notes, receipts and entering data into accounting software.
  • Recording all the company expenses and purchase invoices.
  • Checking the company's income and expenses.
  • Preparing the sales reports through finance software.
  • Managing employee expense claims.
  • Helping the management team with general sales and accounts administrative tasks.
  • credit control by chasing the client's overdue invoices.

Skills

We are keen to speak with individuals who are able to demonstrate:

  • Effective communication skills, as you will liaise with various departments and external stakeholders.
  • You will bring a wealth of experience in accounting or finance roles, coupled with a keen attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills.
  • A relevant qualification in Accounting or Finance is required, and experience in the legal industry will be considered a significant advantage
