Job Title: Property Valuer

Location: Redditch, Bromsgrove, or Selly Oak Office
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm - 1 Saturday in 4 - 9:00 am - 4:00 pm

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
• Play an integral part in increasing our profile and brand, building upon our successes.
• Follow the systems and processes to ensure you meet all business objectives and personal KPIs.

• Help grow office turnover and profit by delivering our strategy.
• Provide effective client management to achieve sales goals.
• Ensure clients receive high levels of service.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism and personal presentation.
• Generate valuations and instructions from our database and through proactive outreach.
• Assist with team duties such as canvassing and outreach.
• Adhere to company expectations on compliance and service levels.
• Refer clients to our partners for Financial Services and Conveyancing.
• Work closely with the lettings department to grow the landlord portfolio, which will convert to vendors over time.
The ideal candidate will have:
• A proven track record in instructions and sales within estate agency.
• A desire to learn, adapt to new challenges, and embrace a new environment.

• Full UK driving license (automatic or manual) and business insurance for your vehicle.
