Job Title: Press Brake Setter

Location: Pershore, Worcestershire

Salary: £14.00 to £15.00 per hour (depending on experience)

Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 08:00 - 17:15 | Friday, 08:00 - 13:00

Basis: Temp- Perm

We are a leading fabrication company based in Pershore, known for delivering high-quality, precision-engineered components. Due to growth, we are looking for a skilled Press Brake Setter to join our team and help ensure the continued success of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate press brake machines to bend and shape metal components.
• Interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications to ensure accuracy.
• Select and install the correct tooling for each job.
• Monitor production processes, making adjustments to ensure quality.
• Perform regular maintenance on machinery to keep operations running smoothly.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Press Brake Setter or in a similar role.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Strong knowledge of press brake operations and tooling.
• Attention to detail and high standards of accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
