MIG/TIG Welder

Position: MIG/TIG Welder

Salary: £15.00

Hours: Monday to Thursday 7.00 till 16.00 Friday 7.00 till 13.00

Location: Leicester

Basis: Temp-Perm

Day-to-Day Duties:

* TIG/ Mig welding stainless steel Mild Steel metals (1.5mm upwards)

* Reading and understanding technical drawings

* Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety regulations

* Collaborating with a team to meet project deadlines

* Maintaining a professional and detail-oriented approach to work

* Occasional overtime as required by customer demand

Experience and Skills Required:

* Minimum 5 years welding experience (with references)

* Strong understanding of engineering/fabrication workshop operations

* Knowledge of mechanical systems is beneficial

* Experience in sheet metal work and pipefitting

* Coded welder certification (desirable)

* Familiarity with Permit to Work documentation and writing RAMS (desirable)
