Location: Droitwich
Shifts: 10 PM - 10 AM, 4 on 4 off Basis
Salary: £34k

We have an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Team Leader to join our team in Droitwich. This is a 12-hour shift role, working a 4 on, 4 off pattern, offering an attractive salary of £34,000 per annum.

As a Warehouse Team Leader, you will play a key role in overseeing the daily operations of our warehouse. You'll be responsible for leading a team of 10 operational colleagues, ensuring productivity, quality standards, and health & safety requirements are met. Your ability to use your initiative and solve problems effectively will be vital in maintaining smooth operations.

While a basic understanding of computers is helpful, we provide comprehensive training on the systems you'll use. You'll also need to be confident in handling team calls, explaining daily reports, and leading your team to achieve business goals. Prior experience in a parcel environment is preferred but not essential
