With a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service and innovative solutions, this agency offers a dynamic work environment and opportunities for career growth. As a Sales Negotiator, you will play a key role in helping clients buy and sell properties by providing expert advice, conducting viewings, negotiating sales, and managing the end-to-end process. This role is ideal for someone with a background in sales who is keen to develop their skills in the property industry.

About the Role:

• £23,000 - £24,000 plus commission
• Monday - Friday 9:00 - 17:00 
• Every other Saturday: 9:00 - 16:00 - One weekday off when completing weekend hours

Key Responsibilities:

• Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their property needs and guiding them through the sales process.
• Conduct property viewings, presenting properties to potential buyers and providing comprehensive information.
• Negotiate property deals between buyers and sellers, ensuring the best outcomes for all parties involved.
• Work closely with property owners to market their properties effectively and ensure optimal visibility.
• Prepare property listings and assist with advertising efforts.
• Handle all administrative tasks associated with property transactions, ensuring smooth processes from start to finish.

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience in sales, ideally in a customer-facing or target-driven role. Previous experience in property or real estate is desirable but not essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
• Excellent organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• A team player with a passion for providing outstanding customer service.

Training Opportunities:
