Location: Redditch

Pay: £16.06–£17.84 per hour

Employment Type: Permanent

Hours: 9-day fortnight on a 2-week rotational shift:

• Week 1: Monday–Thursday: 7:30 AM–4:30 PM, Friday: 7:30 AM–4:00 PM
• Week 2: Monday–Thursday: 7:30 AM–4:30 PM

🚗 Applicants must be Redditch-based or have their own car and a valid driving license.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating within a factory environment.
• Assisting with aerospace component operations.
• Performing visual inspections to meet standards and specifications.
• Supporting manufacturing operations as needed.
• Adhering to forge processes and procedures.
• Meeting company performance standards.
• Taking on additional duties as required.
