Full-time, 44 hours per week

• Monday to Thursday: 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM
• Friday: 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Draughtsman to join our team. You will play a key role in translating architectural concepts into manufacturing-ready designs, working closely with the Drawing Office Manager. This position offers the chance to be involved in projects from start to finish and contribute to the success of a tight-knit, professional team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret technical drawings and 3D visuals from architects.
• Produce accurate 2D technical drawings using AutoCAD or Inventor for client approval.
• Manage and prepare approved designs for manufacturing on the shop floor.
• Collaborate with both internal and external draughtsman to ensure seamless project execution.

What We’re Looking For

Essential Skills and Experience:

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in design for manufacturing processes.
• Background in joinery or metalwork design.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing methods and techniques.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with AutoCAD and Inventor.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Positive attitude and strong team collaboration skills.
