Primary Responsibilities Include:
- Providing comprehensive support to Solicitors to enhance their operational efficiency.
- Creating and amending legal documents in line with firm standards.
- Handling telephone calls, managing visitors, and addressing enquiries promptly and professionally.
- Preparing correspondence using our case management system.
- Administering filing systems, including daily filing, as well as the opening, closing, storage, and retrieval of client files.
- Preparing mail and enclosures for dispatch.
- Arranging scanning and photocopying of paperwork as required.
- Carrying out additional duties and responsibilities as needed.
- Ensuring compliance with quality standards and firm policies.
About You:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience working within a Residential Conveyancing department.
- Strong initiative with the ability to conduct searches, ID checks, and manage files with dictation.
- High levels of speed and accuracy, with excellent typing skills.
- A professional telephone manner and the confidence to liaise with clients both on the phone and in person.
- Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to work methodically and adapt to changing demands.
