Job Title: New Business Assistant

Salary: £23,000 - £25,000 per annum

Primary Responsibilities:
* Provide full support to the Conveyancing department, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
* Prepare correspondence using the company's case management system.
* Handle client interactions, both over the phone and in person, ensuring professional communication.
* Administer and maintain filing systems, including daily filing, and the opening, closing, storage, and retrieval of client files.
* Maintain strong relationships with new business introducers.
* Guide clients through the initial steps of their move.
* Prepare mail and enclosures for dispatch.
* Coordinate the scanning and photocopying of paperwork.
* Undertake any additional duties as required to support the department's objectives.
About You: To be successful in this role, you should possess the following attributes, skills, and experience:
* Ideally, some administrative experience within residential conveyancing.
* A proactive approach with the ability to demonstrate initiative.
* High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
* Excellent telephone manner and confidence in dealing with clients face-to-face and over the phone.
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
* A team player with excellent communication skills and a positive, enthusiastic attitude.
* Highly organised, methodical, and adaptable to changing demands.
* A desire to progress within the business development or conveyancing field.
* A background in sales or an understanding of sales within the legal services sector is desirable.
