About the Role

Our client in Worcester is seeking skilled Wax Press, Brazing, and Assembly Operatives. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to grow within a supportive environment, with a clear path toward long-term progression.

Shift Details

• Day Shift: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM (£11.59 per hour)
• Afternoon Shift: Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM (£11.59 per hour)
• Rotating Shift: Option to alternate between AM and PM shifts, with an additional shift allowance bonus of £1.49 per hour
• Night Shift: £14.20 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Material Preparation and Assembly: Clean, polish, and prepare materials for production.
• Product Assembly: Assemble products following detailed specifications and quality standards.
• Tool Operation: Use hand and power tools to complete assembly and finishing tasks safely and accurately.
• Quality Control: Inspect finished products for defects to ensure they meet company standards.
• Production Support: Collaborate with team members to meet production targets.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of production activities and report any issues.

Requirements

• Tool & Machinery Knowledge: Experience with hand tools and machinery operation.
• Production Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse or production setting is preferred.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to interpret assembly instructions, blueprints, and ensure high quality.
• Physical Stamina: Capable of performing repetitive tasks and lifting as needed.
• Team Player: Strong communication skills and a positive approach to teamwork.
• Industry Background: Experience in Aerospace or Automotive manufacturing is beneficial but not required, as full training will be provided.
