Telesales Executive
Bristol
£22,000-£25,000 D.O.E. plus up to £10k commission
Full time Monday-Friday
Our client are searching for Telesales Executives to join their expanding team.
The Role:
- Using the firms extensive CRM system to engage with existing customers and recent enquirers over the phone to understand their needs and provide solutions related to machine tools sales
- To develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction
- To effectively communicate the features and benefits of machine tools to potential customers, and handing over potential customers to the internal specialists to conclude the deal if required
- Collaborate with the sales and applications teams to meet and exceed sales targets
- Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process
The Person
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the machine tools or engineering industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organisational skills
- Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets
- Positive attitude
Desirables:
- Strong technical knowledge of engineering, machine tools and their applications
- Customer Management System experience
