Day Shift Hours & Competitive Pay

• Area: Alcester
• Starting Rate: £14.04 per hour
• Monday – Thursday: 06:00 – 15:00
• Friday: 06:00 – 11:00 (early finish to kickstart your weekend!)

Key Responsibilities:

• Read Fabrication Drawings: Accurately interpret blueprints to ensure high-quality work.
• Weld Various Thicknesses of Mild Steel: Work with steel ranging from 1mm to 15mm.
• Attention to Detail: Maintain precision in every weld and finish.
• Set Welding Machines: Prepare equipment for optimum performance.
• Identify Profile Issues: Spot potential issues before they become problems.
• Grind & Polish Finished Goods: Ensure a professional, smooth finish every time.

Requirements:

• Pass a Suitable Weld Test: Demonstrate your expertise and craftsmanship.
