Job Title: Plant Mechanic
Location: Birmingham
Salary: £26,000 to £33,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm

Our client is looking for a skilled individual that has experience working with plant machinery including small chippers, tractors, chainsaws, and heavy weight machines.
You will need experience in mechanical engineering, with a particular focus on plant machinery. Your hands-on experience with 2-stroke engines, as well as diesel and petrol engines, will be essential in delivering high-quality maintenance and repair services.
As an individual you will need the following skills and experience
- A proven track record in mechanical roles, specifically with plant machinery.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving technical issues with 2-stroke, diesel, and petrol engines.
- A commitment to maintaining high safety standards and attention to detail.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- NVQ in Maintenance and Engineering - ideal
