HGV Class 1 Tanker - Severnside


Due to rapid expansion of the business, we are currently recruiting Class 1 Tanker drivers for a temporary on-going position at Severnside our busy depot. MMI is part of well-established and well known international dairy company with modern and well looked after fleet. The role consists predominantly of farm collections, and reload work. It can be anything from 8 up to 15 collections a day. You may be asked to complete trunking runs as and when needed. Successful candidates will have to undertake two weeks of daytime training first before starting their shift pattern.
Immediate start for successful candidates.

Shifts:

  • AM starts (0500 - 0700am) or PM starts (1700 - 1900)

Day pay rates: 

  • Monday – Friday £15.87 (overtime after 47.5hrs £17.85)
  • Saturday £17.85
  • Sunday and Bank Holidays £23.80

Nights pay rates: 

  • Monday – Friday £18.13 (overtime after 47.5hrs £20.39)
  • Saturday £20.39
  • Sunday and Bank Holidays £27.19

30-minute break deducted per shift only! 

What we are looking for:

  • Experience in tanker work preferred.
  • In date DIGI and CPC card.
  • Enthusiastic, reliable, helpful, and organised individual.
  • Must be able to work weekends.
  • Motivated and open to learn new skills.
  • Demonstrates an excellent attitude to work.
  • No more than 3 points on Licence
