Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telesales Executive to join our client’s team at their West Bromwich site. This full-time, on-site role involves making outbound sales calls, including cold calling, to generate and follow up on leads.
Role Description: Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the Telesales Executive will be an integral part of the sales team. Your primary responsibility will be to source and follow up on cold leads, engage with prospective customers, and convert these interactions into lasting customer relationships. Additionally, you will handle order processing, monitor ongoing orders, follow up on warm leads, and respond to sales inquiries.
This role is ideal for someone looking to advance their career in sales and offers a pathway to potentially grow into a Sales Manager position.
