Job Title: Powder Coater

Location: Stourbridge

Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday (Weekend/Overtime opportunities available)

Salary: £12 - £13 per hour, depending on experience

Basis: Temporary to Permanent

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Powder Coater to join our expanding team, where we manufacture and supply aluminum bi-fold doors, windows, and shopfronts. In this role, you will prepare work for coating, operate powder coating equipment, and collaborate closely with our labourers to ensure quality finishes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up powder coating guns and operate manual spray equipment
• Clean booths and maintain a tidy work environment
• Hang workpieces for coating and assist with wrapping/packing finished products
• Perform pre-treatment and preparation tasks
• Work effectively as part of a team to meet production goals

Requirements:

• Proven experience in powder coating and manual spray application
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
