HGV Class 1 Driver

HGV C+E Class 1 Driver’s required  

Trunking / £18 per hour.

Workforce are currently looking for experienced HGV C+E Class 1 drivers for new contract,.

The opportunity – Workforce are proud to represent a small well-known family run organization looking for HGV C+E Driver to work on ongoing contracts.

For the right candidate

Our client is looking for HGV C+E Class 1 drivers to work alongside their own team, supporting a much larger business mail and parcel distribution company

Collecting the tractor unit from a transport yard in Sheldon and then trailers from Righton or Aston with a trunk to Bristol, Portsmouth, Dagenham or Milton Keynes.

Occasionally you will do shuttles between Aston and Righton or Righton and Stoke on Trent.

The hours of work can be long in keeping with law and legislation, days normally start between 02:00am and 05:00am in the morning and nights can start from 13:00hr and 18:30hr

Pay.

Days / Nights £18 per hour Ltd company contractors

As a person you'll need...
• UK HGV C+E Class 1 driving license with 15 months + driving experience in HGV C+E
• Valid UK CPC card
• Valid UK Digi Card

Minimum experience, training or qualifications required: Drivers must have their category C+E License with no more than 3 points with no TT’s, IN’s, TS, DR, or DD codes showing. You must have a valid UK Digi Card and Full CPC. They also must be physically fit and happy to deal with the public.
