Job Title: Finance Administrator
Location: Redditch
Salary: £22,000 - £24,000
An exciting new role for an enthusiastic Accounts Assistant to join our client's growing Finance team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable, award-winning Law Firm.
The role will involve supporting our finance team with the day to day running of the department, alongside accurate and timely processing of office and client accounts and other cashiering duties.

Role Responsibilities:
- Processing client account payments
- Preparing purchase ledger payments and remittances
- Sending client account statements
- Administration of monthly credit card transactions
- Dealing with fee earner and client queries
- Processing weekly and monthly billing
- Creating credit notes
- Posting client account receipts and transfers between accounts
- Ensuring adherence to Solicitors’ Accounts Rules at all times
Key requirements:
- Ability to work effectively and respond well under pressure
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong IT skills for a fast paced environment
- Friendly and approachable with a professional manner
- Enthusiastic with a ‘can-do’ attitude
