Brake Press Setter – Night Shift

Location: West Bromwich

Working Hours: 39 hours per week
Shift Schedule: Sunday - Wednesday, 10 PM - 6 AM
Hourly Pay Rate: £11.44 - £12.00 (depending on experience)
Shift Allowance: 25%

What You’ll Do:

• Set and Operate Press Brakes and Ancillary Equipment: Ensure parts are produced at the correct rate and report any issues.
• Quality Assurance: Take responsibility for the quality of the parts produced.
• Record Keeping: Maintain up-to-date production and quality-related records.
• 5S Maintenance: Ensure good levels of 5S (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) are maintained in the area.
• Continuous Improvement: Participate in continuous improvement processes, driving improvements in all aspects of the role.
• Health & Safety: Follow all Health & Safety procedures.
• Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned.
