Pay Rate: £13.50 to £15.00 D.O.E  (Permanent role £26,325 to £29,250)                            

Hours are 07:30-16:30 Mon-Thu and 07:30-13:30 on Fri.

Job Description: As a TIG Welder you will be responsible for welding and fabricating tubular components with the highest standards of precision and quality. Your expertise will contribute to the manufacturing of components that meet our stringent specifications and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform TIG welding on various types of tubular components, including stainless steel, aluminum, and other alloys.
• Interpret and work from engineering drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols.
• Ensure all welds meet industry standards and company specifications.
• Conduct inspections of welded components to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Maintain welding equipment and perform routine maintenance.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a TIG Welder, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Familiarity with welding safety standards and practices.
