Job Title: Night Operations Manager

Location: Redditch 

£45,000 - £50,000 

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Night Operations Manager to oversee the night shift operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe running of all night-time activities, managing a team of staff, and maintaining high standards of service. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of night operations, ensuring smooth workflow and productivity.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate the night shift team, ensuring compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements to meet operational goals.
• Address and resolve any issues or emergencies that arise during the night shift.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless transitions between shifts.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure operational areas are secure and equipment is functioning correctly.
• Prepare and submit nightly operational reports to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a night shift environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Flexibility to work overnight hours, including weekends and holidays.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field preferred.
