Job Title: Polish Speaking Sales Advisor
Location: Droitwich
Salary: £25,000 per annum
Hours: 9am – 5:30pm Monday-Friday
Our client, who is committed to delivering exceptional products and services to their valued customers, are looking for a Polish Speaking Sales Advisor to join their busy team in the Droitwich Office .
As a Sales Advisor, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth through exceptional customer service, sales conversion, and relationship management. The successful candidate will handle both inbound and outbound calls, manage accounts, process orders, and contribute to the overall efficiency of our sales operations.

Day to Day Responsibilities
- Take inbound calls responding to client orders and enquiries.
- Make outbound calls to new and existing customers to build and maintain client relationships.
- Be able to manage accounts and perform other office duties as required.
- All information will require to be meticulously logged in our CRM system.
- To increase sales through the conversion of incoming phone and email sales enquiries.
- Qualifying new customers as well as contacting old customers. Small outbound campaigns to help generate business.
- Complete quotation enquiries and return in the agreed timescale, ensuring good communication throughout the process.
- Working with existing and new customers to deliver first-class service, building strong and sustainable relationships
- Developing a good understanding of products and processes. Offering advice and support to provide best solution to customer requirements.
- Input and scheduling of sales orders via SAP ERP and CRM software.
