Hours of work: 7.00am to 4:00pm (30 Minutes lunch) Monday to Thursday, 7.00am to 1.00pm Fridays 

Responsibilities

• Manual handling of parts to the paint line
• Interchangeable to any task within the paint line operational process as required
• Effective and efficient operation of the paint line to meet production requirements as set by the planning department
• Cost effective and timely paint changeovers
• Loading and unloading of the overhead conveyor to ensure that the maximum amount of product is powder coated during the shift, gaps are kept to a minimum and loading follows prescribed pattern for each item.
• The cleaning of hooks, jigs and flight bars to maintain powder adhesion to product
• Maintenance and cleaning of powder coating plant in accordance with schedule and manufacturers procedures
• Responsibilities as listed in Quality Control Manual and procedures to BS EN ISO 9001:2000 requirements
• Responsibilities as listed in Health & Safety Policy.
• Ability to cross train in other areas of production and to work in other areas at times of downtime on paint line.
• Any other ad hoc duties as directed by management
