Job Title: Telemarketing Executive
Location: Solihull
Hourly Rate: £11.44 + Commission
Hours: Monday - Friday (35.5 hours)
Contract: Temporary to Permanent
Responsibilities:
• Contacting a target list of businesses to make qualified sales appointments
• Generating leads, updating company information
• Completing telephone surveys on behalf of clients with their customers
• Build rapport with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
• Track and report on individual performance metrics, such as call volume, lead conversion rates, and appointment setting.
• Attend regular training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
Skills and Experience:
• Experience in a similar role, making outbound calls
• Able to achieve a dial target of at least 175 dials per day (depending on the campaign)
• Confident in delivering calls to senior decision makers in companies such as MD, FD, HRD, Marketing Director
• Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
• Excellent spoken English and a clear telephone voice
• Good time management and ability to meet deadlines
• Self-motivated
• Ability to work well within a team and as an individual
• Live within a commutable distance to Shirley, Solihull
