We are currently looking for a Logistics Support Administrator, this is a permanent position based at Normanton depot.

The purpose of the role is to support all the UK sites in regards to fleet management.

Shift:

Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all monthly invoices for fleet are processed in accordance with process and in a timely manner
  • Manage the fleet CAPEX process for fleet purchases
  • Process sold/disposed fleet
  • Support with all purchasing queries from internal bodies
  • Support with all payment/ order queries from suppliers
  • Manage the accident spreadsheet ensuring it is fully up to date to support the insurance process
  • Chase and provide information and repair valuations for external insurance and brokers to defend any fleet insurance claims on behalf of muller and claim back monies from third party’s.
  • Raise sundry invoices on SAP for any agency fault/non-fault claims when we are due monies in
  • Control the fuel management system to support operations
  • Support the fleet manager on a day to day basis
  • Create vehicle files on the vehicle system
  • Use SAP on a daily basis 
  • Use Excel on a daily basis

  • Excellent knowledge of the Logistics industry

  • Being able to complete tasks in a timely manner and to an excellent standard

  • Ability to produce relevant and meaningful information from multiple sources
  • The role does require some travel to other UK sites so a driving licence is required
  • Clean driving licence
