Location: Bromsgrove - Must drive due to location
Hours: 25 hours per week
Salary: £11.50

Hours: 25 hours - 5 days a week

Our client has an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and motivated Office Administrator to join their team. As an Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day administrative operations of their company. Your responsibilities will include:

Day to Day Responsibilities

• Perform routine administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, managing calendars, and maintaining office supplies.
• Prepare and manage documents, reports, and correspondence. Ensure accurate record-keeping and filing systems.
• Assist in handling customer inquiries and requests, providing excellent customer service.
• Input and maintain data in our management systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Schedule and organize meetings, including booking conference rooms, sending invitations, and preparing materials.
• Assist in preparing invoices, tracking payments, and managing billing inquiries.
• Keep track of office inventory and order supplies as needed.
• Support in maintaining compliance with environmental regulations and company policies.

As a person you will need the following qualities & experience:

• Proven experience in office administration or a related role is preferred 
• Full Driving License due to location
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
