Job Title: Customer Service Advisor
Location: Redditch
Salary: £24,000 Per Annum
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm working 37.5hrs

An excellent opportunity has arisen to work for a UK market leader based in their Redditch office. Our client is a family run organisation that was founded 30 years ago and offers customers full support every step of the way and also provides solutions that are tailor-made to meet customer needs. They are looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join their busy and fast paced team on a permanent basis.

Day to day duties will include the following:

• Provide excellent customer service at all times, demonstrating understanding and empathy
• Be the customers main point of contact while resolving their issue
• Make daily outbound calls to customers and installers, proactively responding to any issues that may arise
• Liaise with project managers as and when required
• Accurately record customer interactions on to the CRM system
• Work towards and achieve targets, Key Performance Indicators (KPI's)
• Log service calls and issue with assignment number in CRM system
• Accurately update systems and reports
• Monitor and track status of allocated complaints
• Ensure outstanding balances are collected from customers when work is complete
• Be positive and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and customers using a variety of methods including phone calls, emails and letters
• Work as a team to provide cover and support to other team members to ensure excellent customer service is maintained at all times
• Maintain a professional image for the Company

Experience Required:

• Previous experience of customer engagement
• Customer focused mindset with an empathetic and caring approach
• Excellent communication skills and customer awareness
• Able to work under pressure
• Keen attention to detail
• Proactive approach to solving problems
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience of cash collection and processing finance paperwork on completion
• Experience in the use of Microsoft, Outlook
