Our client has a great opportunity to join their Customer Service Team. They are looking for competent Customer Service Advisor to provide excellent service to their clients. Through professional and efficient administration tasks you will navigate a customer's account to provide them with a first-class experience

Day to Day duties will include the following:

                

  • Answering inbound calls from existing customers
  • Ensure all customer records are kept up to date with the latest information regarding and customer's account
  • Respond to customers emails effectively and efficiently
  • Liaise with other departments across the business
  • Regularly update customers with new information relating to their account
  • Communicate with customers via telephone, email and letter
  • Maintain customer files in line with Company policy
  • In the absence of the Customer Service Manager liaise with external agencies, I.E Trading standards, Alternative Dispute Resolution services and the Furniture & Home improvement ombudsman
  • Assist with administration duties
  • Monitor and record customer complaint
  • Action requests given by the Customer Service Manager
  • Any other duties as deemed necessary

 

Experience:

 

  • Having experience of working in a customer focused environment either over the phone or face to face.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Work to deadlines and can multitask
  • Able to work under pressure and go the extra mile
  • Must be able to build rapport with Customers on the telephone
  • Have a great telephone manner
